The second would have been just as great if the employee at the door would not have lied and said they were not accepting walk-ins… little did they know my party of 14 was at the bar several rounds in waiting on me. They let me in with no apology and I ordered food. Last night (my 3rd visit) I wasn’t even able to get in. The restaurant was half full but the front doors were locked. A couple was on their way out and the manager quickly closed and locked the door behind them then waved us away through the glass. Nothing I love more than a black owned spot, but working your door like a nightclub is not the vibe. I’m still giving you five stars for the food, ambience, and diverse staff. That should tell you where the real problem is. THE FRONT DOOR 🚪 Brandon J. WileyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I wanted steamed crab but they were out lol. Which caught me off guard lol.. But I ended up getting the lobster curry with rice and the vegetable spring rolls. It was great 💯. My server needed to smile more and staff needs to stop staring people down while guest are eating but other than that, I would definitely like to try other dishes on the menu next time I make a trip to BK. Donovan WallaceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The food was good, but when it came to the service, everything was chaotic. I didn't get the server's name. I rarely ever saw him. The worst was when it came time to pay, we were planning to tip until we realized that they put a higher tip for themselves and were going to take our volountary tip without informing us of the involuntary one.
